What to do if a Sewer Backup occurs

• Submit a claim to your insurance company first. There must be proof that a backflow preventer was installed.



• Complete the portion of the Sewer Backup Coverage Information and the Claim form marked with an arrow and return it to:

• Include photographs, receipts, invoice and an inventory of damages.
