Effective in May, we are changing our online payment service.

Waunakee Utilities is pleased to introduce our modified online payment option provided by Payment Service Network, Inc (PSN). You will continue to have the ability to make Discover, Visa and MasterCard Credit and pin-less Debit Card payments but we have expanded your payment portal features. You can also make payments by calling toll free at 1-877-885-7938 (note that this is a new number effective in May.) Please contact the utility at 849-8111 with questions.

New Online Payment Portal Features:

The ability to save your Credit Card Information to simplify future payment processing

Ability to Make One-Time or Schedule a One-Time Payment with a minimum payment of $10 or maximum payment of $300.
