Notice to Waunakee Utilities customers with Past Due Balances

Waunakee Utilities advises customers who are behind on their bills to make payment arrangements with the utility before April 15th to avoid disconnection of their electric and or water services.

Wisconsin’s Winter Moratorium, ends April 15. To avoid disconnection of service, customers must pay their past due bills in full before disconnection begins or make a deferred payment agreement that is suitable for both the utility and customer. Waunakee Utilities urges customers to call now to make payment arrangements. Call the utility at 608-849-8111 between Monday-Thursday: 7:00 A.M. - 4:15 P.M. Friday: 7:00 A.M. – Noon.
