Join our team! We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Water & Sewer Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Utility’s water and wastewater systems. This position offers an opportunity to play a key leadership role in a community experiencing growth and infrastructure investment.
The Water & Sewer Manager is responsible for the overall management, operation, maintenance, and long-term planning of Waunakee Utilities’ water and wastewater systems. The position provides leadership to water and sewer operations staff and is responsible for ensuring that the Utility’s facilities and infrastructure are operated safely, efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. This position will work closely with the General Manager, Utility Commission, employees, engineers, developers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and the community. Open until filled.
