Waunakee Utilities is seeking a General Manager to lead its electric, water, and wastewater utilities following the planned retirement of the current manager in early June. 

This role provides overall leadership and strategic direction for a financially strong, community-focused utility serving approximately 7,800 customers. The General Manager reports to a seven-member Utility Commission and works closely with a skilled management team and Village departments. 

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a commitment to public service, and the ability to manage complex utility operations. A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered. A 30-mile residency requirement applies.
