Apply for New Service
Welcome to the area! We are pleased to be your utility provider. We encourage you to apply for new service via our online form.
You can stop by our office at 322 Moravian Valley Rd 7:00 am – 4:15 pm, Monday through Thursday and Friday 7:00 am-noon to complete a service application or, if you prefer, you can download the application and bring the completed form with you. We will also need to see your drivers’ license or a photo ID when you apply for new service. Please have the landlord section complete by your landlord if renting.

The form can also be emailed to waunakeeutilities@waunakeeutilities.com if a copy of the ID is included and the application is completed. ONLY COMPLETED forms will be accepted.
Change Mailing Address
Occasionally, we know that our customers will want their utility bill sent to an address that is different than their service address. This can be done by calling our office at 608-849-8111 or by completing the Update Customer Information form.
Transfer Service
If you are currently a Waunakee Utilities' residential customer and you are moving to another address within our service area, you may transfer your service by completing the Residential Service form or online.
Terminate Service
If you are moving out of the Waunakee Utilities area and need to close your account with us, please call us at 608-849-8111 to let us know your anticipated termination date. You can also complete the Request to Discontinue Service form.
Update Contact Information Form
Waunakee Utilities maintains a customer contact list. Occasionally, during abnormal or emergency conditions beyond our control, your power or water supply may end up being interrupted. Ensuring your contact information is current will allow us to communicate during these critical times, keeping you safe. Complete the Contact Information form here.
Report Street Light Outage
We appreciate your assistance in making Waunakee a safer place for pedestrians, traffic, and the community.
If you see a city street light out, please submit the Street Light Outage form. Waunakee Utilities will take the appropriate action to make sure the light is replaced in a reasonable amount of time.
