Waunakee is full of bright, kind, and hardworking kiddos who make our community stronger every day, and we think that's something worth celebrating!
That's why Waunakee Utilities is excited to launch our new Student Spotlight program. We'll shine a light on local students who go above and beyond, whether it's volunteering, helping classmates, showing leadership, or simply spreading kindness in their school or neighborhood.
Our goal is to recognize and uplift these students who remind us that real power comes from caring for others and making a positive impact. Together, they're helping to power the future of Waunakee, one bright idea at a time.
Who can be nominated?
- Students of any age who live in or attend school in Waunakee
- Kids making a difference in big or small ways, inside or outside the classroom
Who can nominate?
- Parents or guardians
- Teachers, coaches, or community members
What We'll Share:
- The student's name, school, and reason for nomination
- A photo
- A spotlight in the local paper and on our social media
